La préparation pour Muffins extra choco Merci Fit® est un nouveau mélange sans gluten pour la préparation de muffins avec des morceaux de chocolat noir (16%). Cette recette est développée spécialement pour les personnes souffrant de la maladie coeliaque ou intolérantes au gluten. Elle est également adaptée aux végans – préparation sans matières premières d’origine animale

Préparation :

Instructions de préparation pour 280 g de préparation :

 

  • Préchauffez le four à 180C°.
  • Mettez dans un saladier 280g de préparation pour Muffins EXTRA choco Merci Fit®.
  • Ajoutez 7g de levure pâtissière sans gluten Merci Fit® + 165 ml de lait, bien mélanger.
  • Ajoutez enfin 35 g de beurre mou et re-mélangez bien.
  • Mettez le mélange dans des moules à muffins et mettez à cuire 20-25 minutes.
  • Retirez du four. Laissez reposer pendant 10 minutes avant démoulage et laissez refroidir à température ambiante.
Ingrédient 

Sucre, pépites de chocolat noir 16% (cacao maigre, lécithine de soja), amylum (pomme-de-terre, manioc), cacao maigre en poudre, farines (riz, millet, sorgho, lin, graines de tournesol), poudre levante, acide citrique, acide ascorbique.
